The hotel staff are extremely friendly and efficient.

The room with 2 beds was perfect for my group of friends. The laptop-friendly workspace was a lifesaver for catching up on emails. The air conditioning kept us cool during the hot Nashville days.

I personally found the breakfast options a bit limited.

The room was newly renovated and had great amenities like a refrigerator, a microwave, and air conditioning. The hotel's location was fantastic, being so close to Bridgestone Arena, great restaurants, fun entertainment options, and downtown attractions like the Country Music Hall of Fame and Honky Tonk Row.

Convenient spot and they even offer a shuttle service to downtown 🚐.

The room at Best Western Plus Music Row was a good size, with free Wi-Fi, a 40-inch flat-screen TV, and a comfortable bed. The complimentary breakfast with hot waffles and pastries was a delightful start to the day, and the location on Music Row was perfect for exploring Nashville's music scene.

During my stay, the hotel was under heavy renovations, and the public restroom off the lobby was out of service. the air conditioning unit in the room was old and loud, constantly starting and stopping, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

During my transit in Nashville, I found the location of Best Western Plus Music Row to be very convenient, as it is only 15 km away from Nashville International. The complimentary breakfast was a great perk, offering delicious hot waffles and pastries, along with bottomless Arabica coffee.

I encountered some cleanliness issues during my stay. The sheets in my room were not clean, and I also observed open doors to several rooms with personal belongings in plain sight, without the presence of housekeepers.

Savoury breakfast with a lot of options to choose from. Competent staffs, gave a few recommendations. Decent ideal location, to Downtown which was 20 -30 minutes walk. Based very close to the Honky Tonk bars as well as Bridgestone arena as well as the entertainment district which was reasonably priced.

Fantastic breakfast, clean rooms, convenient location near Music Row and Broadway. Enjoyed the healthy vending machine and fitness center. Evening cookies and chocolate were a nice touch. Only downside was missing a hot tub. a pleasant stay at Best Western Plus Downtown/Music Row.

Courteous staff, quick check-in, and we were able to check out late. The location is great, just outside the hustle and bustle of downtown 🌟.

The location was convenient and perfect, just next door to Nashville, with pubs in the Music Row section of town and the downtown and Gulch district. The Frist Art Museum was only 2 km away from the hotel.3. The room was well-equipped and had a comfortable bed.4. The breakfast was good.

Wanted a no-fuss Nashville trip and found a gem in the heart of country music. Hotel's breakfast options fueled my digital art muse. Spent evenings around the outdoor pool, soaking in tunes after gaming. The fitness center gave me an excuse to burn off the waffle indulgence. Friendly staff shared hidden foodie spots. Gotta love a massage chair in the lobby – a must for my gaming back! The walk to the Titans' stadium was a touchdown!

the parking lot was easy - staff super friendly, and the memory foam beds were a hit. the corner room was quiet, and the heater was a lifesaver. they let me check in early, and breakfast was good. plus, nathan at the front desk was a champ - really made my stay.

The hotel is currently undergoing upgrades, leading to constant noise throughout the day.
